Congratulations to our MMS Staffer of the Year - Mary Gladman!🏆
Mary leads our maintenance team with dedication, professionalism, and pride. She consistently keeps our building clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Beyond her primary responsibilities, Mary willingly goes above and beyond what is expected of her role. She assists with washing uniforms, helps serve breakfast and lunch, monitors student behavior, hangs materials for teachers, paints, and continually works to keep our building looking fresh and inviting. We are grateful for everything Mary does for MMS. 💚🤍💚

Congratulations to Mr. Matt Houchin on receiving the MMS Teacher of the Year award!!🏆
Mr. Houchin is an outstanding physical education teacher, whose influence extends well beyond his scheduled classes. As a coach of multiple sports, he builds meaningful, lifelong relationships with students that help them build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
Mr. Houchin fosters a sense of community within our building by regularly engaging with staff and welcoming them into his classroom.
Finally, Mr. Houchin consistently hosts and mentors student teachers and coaches every year. The list of educators and coaches whose lives he has impacted is longer than the number of characters allowed in this post. We are grateful for all he does for our school and the field of education. 🏃🏉🏀⚾️🏋♂️
